Return & Refund Policy — Flamingo Clothing
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags still attached
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How To Return
To initiate a return, email us at flamingo-clothing@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, email us at flamingo-clothing@hotmail.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at flamingo-clothing@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
